With a keen eye for detail, a passion for storytelling, and a deep understanding of the casting process, Andrea brings characters to life by connecting the right talent with the right roles.

Now serving as Head of Talent Acquisitions at 11th Street Films and Studios, LLC, Andrea leads the charge in recruiting, developing, and aligning talent across the company’s growing slate of independent film projects. Her work is instrumental in building diverse, dynamic casts that reflect real people and powerful stories.
